ORNAMIN trains. As a medium-sized family business, the training and further education of young talents is of central importance to us. We believe in securing a sustainable future through qualified and committed people. It is not just the grades that matter, at least as important to us are: personality, commitment and passion. That's why we offer trainees the opportunity to work independently in our real business and in their "own" trainee company at an early stage.
Apprenticeship at ORNAMIN
The apprenticeship at ORNAMIN has a very special quality. In addition to the regular IHK education, we offer our trainees a full insight into the working world from the very beginning. This allows the trainees to organise their working day independently within their department, and to develop their individual potential in mastering their own tasks or projects. Whether it's advising customers in the factory outlet, preparing for trade fairs or online projects: Here, ORNAMIN trainees learn to take responsibility and make decisions on their own. They also experience a collegial, motivating environment.
