YOUR TASKS:
• Set up modern injection moulding machines and associated handling for trouble-free, efficient and fully automated production.• Identify and correct manufacturing errors and production problems to ensure excellent product quality
• Optimise machine parameters for high performance production and troubleshoot equipment and peripherals.
• close cooperation with the responsible shift supervisors and machine operators
YOU BRING :
• completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f), comparable qualification or many years of professional experience in thermoplastics processing• strong social and leadership skills as well as communication skillst
• Technical skills and high quality awareness
• Reliability, initiative, ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts
