Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

For domestic deliveries within Germany, Ornamin charges a flat shipping fee of € 4.95 per order. Shipping is free of charge with an order value of € 25.00 or more.

For B2B customers, Ornamin charges a flat rate of 7.14 € gross (6.00 € net) shipping costs per order. Shipping is free of charge with an order value of € 250.00 or more.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Please utilize our UK storefront if you are located in the United Kingdom.

Domestic deliveries:

For delivery to Austria, shipping costs are 6,95 € per order. Shipping is free of charge with an order value of 50 € or more.

For delivery to the following countries, shipping costs are 9.95 € per order: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Monaco

For delivery to the following countries, shipping costs are 15 € per order: Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Czechia, Vatican City

For delivery to the following countries, shipping costs are 20 € per order: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovaka, Slovenia, Hungary

B2B Customers:

For delivery to Austria, shipping costs are 14,28 € (12,00 € net) per order. Shipping is free of charge with an order value of 250 € or more.

For delivery to the following countries, shipping costs are 14,28 € (12,00 € net) per order: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Monaco

For delivery to the following countries, shipping costs are 17,85 € (15,00 € net) 15 € per order: Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Czechia, Vatican City

For delivery to the following countries, shipping costs are 23,08 € (20,00 € net) per order: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovaka, Slovenia, Hungary

Delivery periods

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 3 days in Germany, and within 8 - 18 days after conclusion of the contract in the case of deliveries abroad (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment). 

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
