POST-INDUSTRIAL RECYCLING – REUSING PRODUCTION MATERIAL
Parts removed during production are separated by material type, ground and reprocessed. This process is known as post-industrial recycling (PIR). As different colours are combined during the process, the reprocessed material is coloured in the neutral Grounded Grey shade. The GROUNDED 2GO range is therefore made using PIR material from in-house production – made in Germany.
The cups and bowls in the GROUNDED 2GO range can also be customised. Depending on the product, they can be printed in one or more colours with a company logo, an individual design or a vignette. The range therefore combines the reuse of existing production material with custom designs for companies, organisations and events.
