The therapeutic drinking lid from ORNAMIN disappears discreetly into the cup and is not noticeable, so nobody feels stigmatised at the table. The drinking lid is recommended by speech therapists for people with swallowing disorders. This is because the all-round openings enable normal, intuitive drinking behaviour with a greatly reduced amount of liquid. The cup does not need to be orientated and can be drunk from either side. In addition, the lips remain active during the drinking process and both the sensation of temperature and the swallowing reflex are encouraged and maintained.
