This high-quality tray made from melamine is ideal for professional use in butcher shops, meat counters, delicatessen departments and food service environments. With a capacity of 4 l, it offers plenty of space for presenting larger quantities of meat, sausages, deli salads or prepared ingredients. The porcelain-like, smooth surface ensures an attractive presentation and integrates perfectly into modern refrigerated display counters.
The non-porous, hard surface makes the tray particularly durable and resistant in daily use. At the same time, it is lightweight, stackable and quiet in handling – ideal for busy work environments behind the service counter or in preparation areas. Thanks to its high break resistance, the risk of damage is significantly reduced even with frequent use.
The material is odourless and tasteless, antistatic, light-resistant and solid-coloured throughout. This ensures that the colour remains consistent even with intensive daily use and the tray retains its professional appearance over time.
For high hygiene standards, the tray is dishwasher safe and can be sterilised at 121 °C. It is also resistant to common cleaning and disinfecting agents as well as alcohol, ether, oils and weak acids or alkalis. In addition to food presentation, it can therefore also be used in laboratories, dental laboratories and medical practices.
