DISCREET DRINKING LID

This special drinking lid sits neatly inside the top edge of the cup and is unobtrusive, so nobody feels singled out at the table. The all-round slots allow normal, intuitive drinking from all sides, at a reduced liquid volume. The mouth remains active during the drinking process because the lips and cup are not ‘bridged’ as with the classic spouted lid. Thanks to this, the natural swallowing reflex is triggered and encouraged. Choking is prevented and muscle strength is preserved.

THERAPEUTIC DRINKING LID

This lid has small holes all the way round to encourage normal, intuitive drinking with a greatly reduced amount of liquid. Perfect for those with swallowing disorders and dysphagia, this drinking lid has been developed with speech therapists and is recommended by them. The lips remain active during the drinking process so that the swallowing reflex and temperature sensation are maintained. An additional larger opening offers the option of drinking through a straw without the need to remove the lid.
