The eating board is a thoughtfully designed eating aid for people who, due to physical limitations such as paralysis, injury or a broken arm, can only use one hand. Three raised edges keep the slice of bread securely in place and allow easy one-handed spreading without the bread slipping.
A continuous non-slip ring on the underside ensures that the eating board stays firmly on the table while spreading or cutting. This provides stability and safety, even with reduced strength or limited mobility.
When combined with the preparation aid, the one-handed eating board supports not only eating but also food preparation in the kitchen. Bread rolls, cucumbers or apples can be fixed in place and cut using just one hand. The eating board is suitable for both right- and left-handed users and can be used flexibly in any direction.
