INDEPENDENT EATING AIDS

The possible consequences of a stroke, such as hemiplegia, sensory disturbances in the arms and legs, speech and vision disorders, make it difficult for many stroke patients to return to everyday life. However, it is important to quickly relearn everyday movements through practice. This also includes eating independently, because it promotes self-esteem and enjoyment. This is where inconspicuous eating aids come into play. They activate and help to develop existing skills. In this way, eating is practised, tried out and lost abilities are restored step by step.

INDEPENDENT DRINKING AIDS

To activate healing processes, drinking is essential - but please not from a stigmatising sippy cup, because drinking is unfamiliar and very dangerous, especially with hot drinks. This leads to insecurity and rejection. Cups with special features discreetly hidden in the design make independent drinking possible without stigmatisation. The ergonomically shaped handles enable safe holding even with limited hand motor skills, inconspicuous drinking attachments dose the drink and prevent bad spill accidents.
